The BRCA was formed some years ago and the 1/8th rallycross section is an integral part of the association. You will find 1/8th rallycross cars being raced across the country nearly every weekend of the year at BRCA Affiliated clubs

Which you can find elsewhere on the BRCA Website, however since 1983 the rallycross section has run a full season of race meetings from April to September, with 4 championships now in place the National Championship, The Clubman, The Junior and the Over 40s Championships.

All 1/8th rallycross cars are powered by 3.5cc nitro fuel powered engines so you are not only racing your model car against others, but you also get the smell and the noise of full size motor racing. So if that has wetted your appetite for having a go at rallycross, come along to one of the clubs or come to a national event where you can discover more information.

The section prides itself on being friendly and available to answer any questions that you might have.

Entries for the 2026 season for priority entrants ONLY will open on January 4th at 6pm. Those entering on this date MUST be on the priority listing.
Those NOT on the priority listing can only enter from January 18th at 6pm.
When entering the series all competitors wishing to enter for all five national rounds will need to add all five events to their basket individually and a series discount will be applied at the checkout.
This is a new change on the website, so please ensure you enter ALL rounds as required!!
When completing your entry, please also remember to correctly fill in your details, in particular, your emergency contact details.
In addition, please tick the checkbox at any of the national rounds you wish to camp at This is to give venues an indication of the number of people needing this at each event.

The 2026 season dates including the E-Buggy national championship is now online.

Entries for the RallyX season will open in the first week of January 2026, we will keep our section page and Facebook pages updated in the lead up to them opening.

We look forward to seeing you trackside in 2026, and hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
