The Association website has recently suffered a malware attack, an unfortunate sign of the times we live in. Fortunately, the website and databases are well protected and ‘failed safe’ so everybody’s personal and event data is safe.

Despite a lot of people working many hours to get us back up and running with minimal impact, unfortunately, there are some unavoidable consequences that impact all of us.

All members need to reset their password by following this link: - Password Reset.

One there, follow the password re-set procedure. Please see the screenshots below;

Once done make sure you save the password somewhere safe!

Please note if you are a parent looking after several accounts for junior racers, you’ll need to reset their passwords too using the procedure above.

If you are a section official you will need to let the admin team know what permissions you need, do not be surprised if some areas are no longer available, if this is the case there will be other processes available to achieve what you need to do. Please notify the admin team by submitting a ticket to let us know your permissions need to be activated again. For officials it is important you reset your password to a unique complex password that you have not used elsewhere.

We appreciate your patience through this episode, and please join us in thanking the team of volunteers running the website for responding fast and getting us back with minimal delay. If you could also help spread the word within your clubs and to other members to help those who might need a bit of support to reset, we’d all be very grateful

Thank you – see you trackside soon.
