Large Scale Off Road

 

RACE REPORT - LSOR Round 1 @Nene Valley

Round 1 of the Large Scale Off Road season kicked off in style at Nene Valley, with drivers greeted by a well-prepped track, competitive fields, and some seriously close racing across all classes.

 

2WD Class

Qualifying saw Oliver Whittleston set the pace early, securing TQ with a commanding performance. Carrying that momentum into the finals, Oliver drove a faultless race to take the win.

Behind him, Craig Chilvers put in a consistent drive to secure P2, while Andy Blackburn completed the podium in P3 after a solid run.

Short Course Truck

In Short Course, it was Zach Whittleson who laid down the benchmark in qualifying to take TQ. However, the finals told a different story.

David Attiwell delivered a standout drive when it mattered most, taking the overall win. Jake Humpheys followed closely in P2, with Andy Stephenson rounding out the podium in P3 after a competitive set of finals.

4WD Class

The 4WD class was stacked with talent, and Tayler Letchford showed his speed by taking TQ in qualifying.

Come finals time, it was Romain Valter who rose to the occasion, taking the win with a strong and composed performance. Jack Keatley secured P2, while TQ man Tayler Letchford had to settle for P3 after a hard-fought set of races.

Final Thoughts…
