Last weekend saw Rounds 5&6 of the National Championship at Chesterfield.The club put on a real show  with a fantastic track and an overall great racing. 

Schumacher arrived with thier new shiny car , the Eclipse 6. With the absence of Andy Murray it was down to Ollie Payne , Louis Parker, Sam coult and James hart to showcase what thier new car had in store. 4 Eclipse 6 chassis made the A-main on the Saturday and 3 on the Sunday. Ollie took the TQ and victory and the win on the Saturday while Louis took the win on the Sunday 

The return of Micheal Bolt strengthened the Awesomatix team as he took 3rd place on the Saturday and a respectable 7th on the Sunday . 5 Awesomatix Chassis made the A final on both days , as Micheal Bolt , Mark Stiles , Adam Mackman , Chase Mackman and Aaron Morley fought Schumacher and destiny for the podium places .

The Destiny team was also strengthed as Matthew Varah made his return , despite the Saturday being far from ideal , he put a good shift in on the Sunday making the A-main comfortably. Meanwhile his teammate Daniel Burks fought at the top of the B-main .

During the week it was announced that Morgan Williams would be driving for CRC for the 2025 season . Morgan showed good pace with his CRC car as he made the A-main on both days . Morgan currently sits P7 in the championship.

Next the drivers will head to Tamworth for the last GP round of this national championship on the 15th-16th of February.
