This new series has been set up for the coming season to allow GT12 racers in the Midlands Area to compete in relaxed yet competitive series of meetings to build the profile of the class and host clubs. The series aims to bring together beginners, local racers and experienced National racers to complete for a BRCA Regional Championship.
For the first season the series will consist of the 3 round championship of which 2 will count for a championship score.
All meeting will run using FTQ qualifying and will consist of at least 4 round of qualifying and a single leg final for all.
As this is intended to be a relaxed series there will be no formal scrutineering during the event. However GT12 cars should conform to BRCA construction rules and use Lipos, ESCs and motors to be from the approved BRCA list. Each club will also be running support classes to allow as many people to race as possible. Details of these classes can be found on the host clubs websites. To maximize entries competitors are able to race more than 1 class if they want.
Entry for the GT12 class will be £10 for each round with booking in via the BRCA site. Clubs will organise booking in for support classes.
